Programme Administration

Programme administrators use the Admin Dashboard to configure tracks, manage enrollment, and track participant progress.

Programme Configuration

Each programme in the Admin Dashboard has:

  • Track definition — session cadence, milestone schedule, duration
  • Matching rules — criteria used for buddy/mentor matching
  • Capacity settings — maximum participants per cohort
  • Communication templates — onboarding, reminder, and milestone emails

Enrollment Workflow

  1. Participant submits intake form on the public website
  2. Admin reviews intake data in dashboard
  3. Admin assigns participant to appropriate track
  4. Matching process runs (automatic or manual)
  5. Participant receives onboarding communication

Progress Tracking

The dashboard shows per-participant progress:

  • Sessions attended vs. required
  • Milestone completions
  • Survey responses
  • Completion status

Reporting

Aggregate programme reports can be exported from the Reports section. Reports include participation rates, session counts, geographic breakdown, and outcome metrics.
