Programme Administration
Programme administrators use the Admin Dashboard to configure tracks, manage enrollment, and track participant progress.
Programme Configuration
Each programme in the Admin Dashboard has:
- Track definition — session cadence, milestone schedule, duration
- Matching rules — criteria used for buddy/mentor matching
- Capacity settings — maximum participants per cohort
- Communication templates — onboarding, reminder, and milestone emails
Enrollment Workflow
- Participant submits intake form on the public website
- Admin reviews intake data in dashboard
- Admin assigns participant to appropriate track
- Matching process runs (automatic or manual)
- Participant receives onboarding communication
Progress Tracking
The dashboard shows per-participant progress:
- Sessions attended vs. required
- Milestone completions
- Survey responses
- Completion status
Reporting
Aggregate programme reports can be exported from the Reports section. Reports include participation rates, session counts, geographic breakdown, and outcome metrics.
