User Management
The Admin Dashboard provides centralized user management for all TEEI platforms.
User Roles
| Role | Access |

| Participant | WBP Portal, programme content |
| Mentor | Session logging, mentor resources |
| Programme Coordinator | WBP admin, participant management |
| CSR Manager | CSR Cockpit manager dashboard |
| Employee | CSR Cockpit employee portal |
| Admin | Full admin dashboard access |
| Super Admin | All systems, platform configuration |
Common Operations
Creating a New User
- Navigate to Users in the Admin Dashboard
- Click “Invite User”
- Enter email, select role, assign to programme/company
- User receives magic link invitation
Deactivating a User
- Find the user in the directory
- Click “Deactivate”
- User loses access immediately; data is retained
Bulk Operations
The Admin Dashboard supports CSV import for bulk user creation. Download the template from the Users section.
