Buddy Matching
The WBP Portal uses a structured matching process to connect mentors and mentees based on compatibility, goals, and availability.
Matching Criteria
- Professional background and goals
- Language preferences
- Geographic region and time zone
- Programme track interest
- Availability for sessions
The Matching Process
- Participant completes intake form
- Admin reviews and assigns to programme track
- System proposes matches based on criteria
- Admin confirms or adjusts matches
- Both parties receive introduction email with first session invite
Session Platform
Sessions are conducted via Kintell. The WBP Portal logs session completion and sends reminders.
Re-Matching
If a match is not working, participants can request a re-match after the first four sessions. Contact the programme coordinator via the portal.
