Who Can Participate

As a mentor: Professionals with 3+ years of experience in any field. Commitment: 1 hour per week for 3 months.

As a mentee: Ukrainian professionals seeking career guidance, professional network building, or support adapting qualifications to new contexts.

Session Structure

  • Initial matching session (30 min)
  • Regular 1:1 sessions (1 hr, bi-weekly or weekly)
  • Goal-setting and mid-programme check-in
  • Completion session with outcome documentation

The Kintell Integration

Sessions are scheduled and tracked via Kintell. Completion data flows automatically to TEEI’s reporting system.
