TEEI is powered by volunteers who donate their time and expertise to support displaced people and underrepresented groups. This page explains how to get started.

Requirements

All volunteers need:

  • Commitment to TEEI’s values: dignity, agency, equality
  • Reliability and responsiveness to participants
  • Basic English proficiency (most coordination is in English)

Professional mentors also need:

  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • A LinkedIn profile or professional biography

How to Apply

  1. Visit theeducationalequalityinstitute.org/volunteer/
  2. Complete the volunteer application form
  3. TEEI coordinator reviews your application within 5 business days
  4. If accepted, you receive platform access and onboarding materials
  5. Matching with your first participant(s)

Corporate Volunteers

If your company is a TEEI partner, you may be able to volunteer through CSR Cockpit. Contact your company’s CSR manager for details.
