How to Volunteer
TEEI is powered by volunteers who donate their time and expertise to support displaced people and underrepresented groups. This page explains how to get started.
Volunteer Roles

Requirements
All volunteers need:
- Commitment to TEEI’s values: dignity, agency, equality
- Reliability and responsiveness to participants
- Basic English proficiency (most coordination is in English)
Professional mentors also need:
- 3+ years of professional experience
- A LinkedIn profile or professional biography
How to Apply
- Visit theeducationalequalityinstitute.org/volunteer/
- Complete the volunteer application form
- TEEI coordinator reviews your application within 5 business days
- If accepted, you receive platform access and onboarding materials
- Matching with your first participant(s)
Corporate Volunteers
If your company is a TEEI partner, you may be able to volunteer through CSR Cockpit. Contact your company’s CSR manager for details.
